RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of an advanced payment.
All cancellations and amendments to the bookings must be made 24 hours in advance via e-mail or fax. Otherwise, the hotel will charge a NO SHOW fee equal to the room rate per nights booked.
No refund will be made upon cancellations. Advanced payments will count as credits for future reservations within 180 days, subject to availability.
